Geomap Engineering is a leading Iraqi engineering and geospatial company, delivering topographical surveys, mapping, underground utility detection, and environmental and social studies to international standards. Since 2022, we have completed multiple projects across Iraq, from small to large scale, for oil and gas, infrastructure, government and international clients, covering everything from feasibility studies and data collection to final maps, drawings and reports.
Geomap is a team of surveyors, geophysicists, GIS specialists, CAD designers and engineers working across Iraq, with experienced survey crews and cutting-edge tools. We help clients plan, design and build with confidence by giving them accurate, reliable data about the ground above and below the surface. Our work covers the full project cycle: feasibility and reconnaissance studies, geodetic control networks, detailed topographic and drone surveys, underground utility detection with GPR and electromagnetic locators, GIS and web mapping, site and infrastructure design, 3D modelling, and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment. We also provide qualified survey staff and equipment for large projects, and accredited training for engineers and technicians. With our own fleet of GNSS receivers, total stations, survey drones and GPR systems, we can mobilise quickly anywhere in Iraq, from short single-site jobs to pipeline corridors more than 200 km long.
